Mt. Carmel Foundation Supports Sundevils'
Academic Success
The Mt. Carmel Education Foundation was founded in 2009 by a group of families and community members to provide support and resources that bridge the gap between district budget constraints and students academic needs and enhancements.
Since its founding, the Foundation has funded over $130,000 worth of projects that benefit students through mini-grants for teachers and staff.
The majority of the Foundation's funding comes through direct donations from Mt. Carmel families. Every dollar raised goes back to Mt. Carmel to support our Sundevils.

Spring Campaign:
Library Facelift
There are nearly 6,000 sign-ins to the Mt. Carmel library by students each month. About 75% of those visits list "a quiet space" as their reason for visiting.
The Foundation has launched a campaign to raise funds to update the library and create an inviting space for our Sundevils that can be used for collaboration or a quiet retreat.
